Born in 1989 in Chisinau, USSR, Mr. Citron was born as an American citizen. He then went on to receive his B.A. Political Science: International Relations and Comparative Politics from UCF in 2011. He further completed and received his M.A. Political Science: International Relations from UCF in 2013. He has presented at conferences throughout Florida and in Chicago and completed professional training seminars in global trade compliance for businesses which require U.S. government export and import licenses and other authorizations. Mr. Citron is specialized in security policy particularly regarding the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, post-Soviet relations, and political communication.

Born on Staten Island, N.Y., August 3, 1926, Mr. Murphy was educated in the public schools of New York City: La Salle Military Academy, Oakdale, L.I., Amherst (Mass.) College, and the United States Military Academy at West Point, N.Y., where he graduated First Captain of the Corps of Cadets, & Class President. Before being appointed to the United States Military Academy, he enlisted first as a Private in the Army in August 1944, was promoted to Corporal in September 1944, and commissioned a Second Lieutenant in May 1945. He enrolled at Amherst College before being appointed to West Point in July 1946 where he graduated in June of 1950. Upon graduation he was deployed to Korea and served as platoon leader, then company commander, and intelligence officer in the Ninth Infantry Regiment. He was further promoted to First Lieutenant in October 1950, then to Captain in October 1953, and was discharged in July 1956. While serving in Korea, he was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross for Valor and the Bronze Star with V and Oak Leaf Cluster. After leaving active duty, he became general manager of FRANK MURPHY, a business that was a contract carrier of Staten Island, 1956-1962; president, Cleveland General Transport Co., Inc.; delegate, Democratic National Conventions, 1964, 1968, and 1976; delegate, New York State Constitutional convention, 1967. He was elected as a Democrat to the UNITED STATES CONGRESS, to the eighty-eighth and to the eight succeeding Congresses (January 3, 1963-January 3, 1981). He was an unsuccessful candidate for reelection in 1980 to the Ninety-seventh Congress. Today, Mr. Murphy is an investor and developer of biotechnology and high technology companies and a resident of Staten Island, N.Y.
